About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are a customer's primary contact and are responsible for driving their success with us and our system. At Voxo, customer success is at the core of the business, working closely with sales, product and data science teams.
You will be responsible for the whole customer journey for some of our Swedish and Norwegian customers and ensure a wow experience for the customer from the first onboarding to becoming a champion of our product. Customer Success also acts as the voice of the customer within the company, driving the client's perspective in the product development process.
You will be helping our customers succeed by assisting them in building analytical reports from our system, building close relationships, and presenting reports for different stakeholders. Therefore, understanding how to use and present data in an understandable way is critical.
Support customers in their use of the system and help them with building analytical reports
Conduct workshops to educate the customer on how to get more value from our system
Create training materials and instructional articles for our customers
Gather customer feedback to help drive our product development, being the voice of the customer
Who are you
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who has an analytical and technical mindset. We believe that you think it's inspiring to work with new technology and love working with customers.
The job combines listening to the customer and their needs, understanding our product and how to use it, and supporting the customer on how to use it to fulfill their needs.

Preferred background and experience:
Experience working in a customer-facing role (could be customer success, customer support, sales, etc.)
Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and English. Additional Nordic language are meritorious
Experience working with Saas/digital products
University studies within relevant fields (analytics, business, communication, engineering)
