About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are a customer's primary contact and responsible for driving their success with us and our system. At Voxo, Customer Success is at the core of the business, working closely with both sales and product.
You will be responsible for the whole customer journey for our Swedish and Finnish customers and, together with sales, ensure a wow experience for the customer from the first onboarding to becoming a champion of our product. Customer Success also acts as the voice of the clients within the company, driving the client's perspective in the product development process.
You will also work with our Finnish speech-to-text engine. You will both be training it on new words, phrases and sentiment and also continuously work with quality assurance of the engine.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for customers in both Sweden and Finland
Improving our Finnish speech-to-text engine with the tech-team
Onboarding of new customers - configuring the system, holding training sessions etc.
Supporting customers in their use of the system and help them with building analytical reports from our system
Conducting workshops to educate our customers on how to get more value from our system
Creating training materials and instructional videos for our customers
Gathering customer feedback to help drive our product development, being the voice of the customer
Who are you
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an analytical & technical mindset. We believe that you think it's inspiring to work with new technology and love working with customers.
The job is a combination of listening to the customer and their needs, understanding our product and how to use it, and supporting the customer on how to use it to fulfill their needs.

Preferred background and experience:
Experience working in a customer-facing role (could be customer success, customer support, sales etc.)
Fluent in Swedish and Finnish. Additional Nordic language is a plus
Experience working with Saas/digital products
University studies within relevant fields (analytics, business, communication, engineering)
